     I have been a professionalswim coach for almost 30 years. Chicagoland Swimming has been in existence since 2009. 

     I have worked for various YMCAs and Park Districts around the Chicagoland area for nearly my entire career.

    Recently, I have joined with Make Wellness as an Affiliate to my offerings to help our whole body work more effectively. I am into helping you figure out how to make your health better.  I also have PureHaven products that are beneficial for a healthier home and lifestyle. You will find these links on these pages.
